Trust none with your worries n troubles. For them it's entertainment. 

Trust your spouse neither, for at your weakest, he shall strike with your darkest and deepest secrets

And it shall be used against. 

None is in trouble if words are not spoken and everyone is kept guessing

The moment words are uttered, gone is the suspense and 

The ending is guessable

Trust not your father for he has washed his hands off you and your responsibility

Trust your brother if he is your brother and not someone's husband

Trust only yourself and talk to yourself

Be your own friend

Counsel yourself

For self shall not betray

As long as memory lasts

Find solutions as if doing for others for their problems

Lend a patient heart

And understanding mind

You are all you need

You are ENOUGH
